Migrants Leadership Institute

In celebration of women's month 2023, you are invited to join Amina Chitembo in conversation about career progression in the public and voluntary sectors. This session is open to women who self-identify as being from an ethnic minority background and/or a skilled migrant women with aspirations of progressing into a leadership position

The aim is to support one another and share best ways and learn more about how we navigate challenges as we aspire for career progression into leadership positions.

We will cover interesting topics such as our contributions to organisations, asserting our presence in smart non confrontational ways, some interview tips and techniques for self-inclusion into leadership positions, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
